They used to be better. I recently called in about a potential traumatic injury to my tooth that happened -- a chip in the back of my main top front tooth, as well as some enamel damage to the front of the tooth. They told me they no longer take patients past 4pm -- so, sorry to all you working folks who can't get off work. Shout out to Aspen Dental in Berlin for being the WORST DENTIST OFFICE. Called and rescheduled my oral surgery consult 3 times, then got called this morning to move it from 12 to 2pm, then called me and RESCHEDULED ANOTHER MONTH OUT. NOT IMPRESSED.
My fiancé went there and they pulled the WRIONG tooth and I said ok he's deaf and maybe they miss interpreted him. The tooth they pulled did have to get done but wasn't the tooth that was causing him pain so I called back and told them exactly what tooth needed to be pulled and the lady at the desk said ok I'm putting that in the notes so he goes in and his sister goes with him and us thinking they know exactly what tooth needs to be pulled NOPE!!!! The only thing I liked was the front desk ladies. They were always super nice and helpful. However ever single visit I had to wait and excessive amount of time for anyone. Weather it was the 1 hygenist they have, the xray tech(who wasn't in yet when my visit was scheduled) Scheduling a visit with the 1 hygenist is nearly impossible. This was the second time going to the Barre, VT Office. The 1st visit I was asked to come in an hour early because of a scheduling conflict. I got there and still waited an hour and had to leave because if another appointment. The 2nd visit, just this week, I had a 12pm appointment. Was not taken back until 12:30. I only had one visit with them. While the person at the desk was nice and friendly and the nurse as well, neither of them not the dentist itself introduced themselves. After the intial check, they have me a number on how much it would cost to get everything fixed. After telling them, that was not in my budget, they went straight to wanting to remove the teeth in question. I don't know how anyone else feels about it. But I would like to keep all of my teeth in as long as possible.
I was totally dissatisfied. Waited over an hour. No one told us they were running late. Fought with the tech that I did not want an x ray til I saw a dentist. I had a broken cap. Dentist walked in. We were going to change to Aspen Dental for the main reasons of convenience of the location and the hours of operation. Before we could even have our first appointment Stephanie called to inform me the dentist would not be in this Saturday. If you're not going to offer Saturday hours don't have it on your website.
