Worlds biggest joke of a dentist office, 0 cares for an existing customers pain level or problem. Two months and going trying to get an emergency fixed. Office ladies, the dr themselves absolute joke of people. ZEROOOOO customer service skills, far from par. X-ray techs are the only people worth anything there. Don’t bother with this horrible outfit, it’s a beyond joke of a company and the clowns working within it.
Aspen dental has wasted my time, went in for an evaluation for dentures, they gave me two totally different prices one for oral surgery and one for general dentistry to have my existing teeth pulled. The oral surgeon was way cheaper than the general dentist so a report was submitted to my insurance company to find out why. Drove almost an hour for my appt that I have had for 6 months only to be told they had given my time to someone else. They lied about trying to call, lame excuse that my cell doesn't have voice mail set up. I looked back and no call came from them at all. Trying to call the wrong number is NOT contacting someone. Very unprofessional! Never going back.
Today's visit at Aspen Dental Berlin in Barre, Vermont began as an overall great dental experience. The medical staff at this location including the dental assistant, dental hygienist and dentist were superb. It was evident that they care about their patients and the work they are doing for their community. However, this experience was soured when encountering the billing specialist and office manager. Service was horrible! Arrived on time for appt then had to wait 55 minutes because they were "running behind"! Why not call or text me like you did a million times asking if I was coming to my appt??? Then the consult with their implant dentist was the worst! I have never been so insulted in all my life this guy just kept saying it was too expensive to do!
