They were courteous and attentive to my needs. I thought I would need whole need a whole new set of partials (I only have 10 of my own teeth). After the exam, the dentist made some adjustments and recommended I try the partials again before going to thru the process of new partials. That sounded good to me! My only complaint was I had to wait a bit of time before going back to the exam room, then I had to wait a while before the dentist came in. I am so pleased with Aspen Dental here in Batavia NY..I have dentures and I needed the bottom one fixed, they did a great job, and I can now eat again without pain..

Dr.Lisa Spinello was great! I had two different Dental Assistants Teressa and Amber they were both friendly, funny and kept me happy and at ease. Loved the whole office staff. First person I met was the office manager Megan, she explained everything to me in detail that was a true Manger! Love this office would rate them a 10+ Thank you all for a great experience!

I was told from a local dentist that I didn’t need my wisdom teeth out. So a couple months later I was feeling achy so I came to Aspen to get it checked out, turns out I need all four out. Definitely recommend coming to this office, everyone was super polite and easy to talk to. They were able to schedule my appointment right away, not months down the road like other offices. Very satisfied and will continue to come to this office!
I had very bad experience with a local Dentist in Wyoming County so I put off going back. I have a high pain tolerance but I don’t handle the Novocain very well. I needed a dentist but didn’t know who to turn to. I saw the commercial for Aspen Dental and thought I’d give them a call. I am so glad I did. They are my new best friends. They gave me a happy new smile 😃. I would recommend to everyone. The staff is caring, friendly and warm at the Batavia office. Love you guys
