Lied to from day 1. Found out after 14 months they overcharged me 500 and it was sitting as a credit on my account. Asked for a call back last week from corporate and the bv office and havent had a return call. Please go to the one in pleasant hills instead. Very clean office, friendly, and professional staff. Bv office is nothing but a bunch of crooks. Dr. Sheih is no longer there for obvious reasons. DO NOT DO ANYTHING IN THIS OFFICE
Went there for a simple tooth extraction from a toothache. Got there early, waited for 45 minutes past my appointment time. They get me in and took a ton of X-rays, then made me go through a process of examining each tooth, waited some more, the X-ray lady tells me I probably will have to set an appointment up to get the tooth extracted and possibly have to go to an oral surgeon and to wait for the doctor. Got a front upper bridge looks nice but very uncomfortable!! Food gets stuck in it all the time!! I got a bad habit now of sucking air through it just a plain bad fit, I paid $6500. Dollar's for this shitty work they tried to fix it once but didn't work was told if they have to make another one it would cost me $3000. More dollars !! Worst money I've ever spent never again!!
So I went to Aspen Dental on Monday because they offer Emergency Walk-In Services. I have a broken tooth my gums are swollen and I'm in a whole bunch of pain and I called them and I tell them this and they say to come in at 5:30. I get there and they take all these X-rays of my mouth and that lady who took my x-rays is actually really nice but after they take all these X-rays and I go in the back room and sit there for 45 min. Just left there. All I got was x-rays and a total on what I needed done. I went in because I have a massive hole in my tooth. Left being told I have 3 cavities, needed a root canal, and 2 crowns, and if I wanted to I could get a bridge for my missing tooth. When I went in the staff was very nice.
