Professional and very attentive to my needs. Loved my Dentist and Hygienist.
Woke up Tuesday morning unable to open my mouth. I could not get an appointment with my regular dentist and the receptionist was rather rude about it. I was able to get an emergency appointment with Aspen Dental in Belle Vernon. I was terrified because I never had a tooth extracted before. They were really caring, comforting, and quick. I had a wisdom tooth and an extra tooth behind it that was causing me pain. They had me in and out in about an hour feeling much better. This is my new dentist!
I was sitting in the waiting room while my husband was seeing the dentist and a lady asked me if I liked it there. She said she didn't know where to go and that she was scared. I told her you won't be scared after you start coming here. The dentist is kind ,respectful and very caring. In fact all of the employees are the same way. It's amazing to have a full staff like that. The lady said thank-you!, that is exactly what I needed to hear. I meant every word!
I have been afraid of the dentist since I was a child I'm now 48. The staff at this office is so pleasant and accomadating it really makes it a once petrifying experience pleasant . I started seeing them a year ago for an emergency procedure and have been back three times just for routine check ups . More than I had probably been in the previous 6 years . Thanks aspen dental for the great care!!
I love going to this specific office. I went in feeling terrible about my teeth..came out feeling amazing..very happy with there work.All dentistry is expensive. ..can't expect a cheap bill if you have a nice smile when you leave !!! Definitely recommend going there .

I was very scared of going to the dentist due to a very bad experience before. I went to Aspen Dental and that changed my whole opinion of the dentist experience. The staff was very nice and polite and took the time to talk to me and explain everything and answer any questions I had. Dr. Sheih is an amazing dentist and a really great person. I would go back to them for all of my future dental needs.
Great staff and awesome experience. It was also a very comfortable environment. If your looking to get your teeth whitened, go for it. Highly recommended !!! Love my new bright smile !!!
