I've never felt more comfortable with any other dentist. Majority of dentists can be very snobby and get offended if you don't call them "Dr.." - Andy and his staff are different, they truly care about their patients but more importantly, they treat you like friends. In many ways, I'm glad I don't have to go see my friends at Aspen Dental Belle Vernon too much, but if I did, I certainly wouldn't mind!

A few months ago I visited a office (in Florida) and found out I needed serious surgery to get rid of infected teeth. Through a recommendation, I sent a copy of my X-Rays and the proposed treatment to Andy Shieh and he spent over 1 hour with me on the phone and this was during the after-hours when he could have been home with his family. I recently have been to the Aspen Dental in Belle Vernon twice. First to get my wisdom teeth out and then to get bridge work done. I have to say that this has been the most pleasant experience with any dentist that I've ever had. I give Aspen Dental five out of five stars and two thumbs up, way up. I will be returning in the future with any dental problems I may have and look forward to their awesome and friendly service. smile emoticon
