My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 I was called and told to come in at 11 or if I couldn’t make it exactly at 11 any time in between was fine after sitting there for 2 hours, being told to wait because staff was on lunch for a WHOLE HOUR AND watching everyone walk in and be seen before me I finally left. If you call some one and tell them to come in early they shouldn’t have to wait 2 plus hours to be seen.
very bad dental office . office staff did not have masks and. 8 customers in a very small waiting room most without a mask and very rude and unhappy receptionist. so not following distance standards BE CAREFULL
If you have a patient with an appointment at 8 am, everything should be ready for that patient at 8 am. It is now 820 am and I am still in the waiting room... I do have a job.
I tried to get my wife a cleaning with this office and was unsuccessful. Their policy is that you have to have an initial consultation first and then they determine when you can be seen for an appropriate cleaning. This doesn’t work for people with busy schedules and ultimately I was told that you have a higher likelihood of not being seen the same day for both. “40% chance of having both the same day.” Please save your time and go to someone who will guarantee both the same day.
The entire staff demonstrate a very high level of profesionalism and are very concerned about your dental issues.
Aspen DentL is great people are nice & I have beautiful white teeth getting lots of compliments I love Aspen Dental they’ll give u a great smile & make u very comfortable!👍🏾
The dentist is great according to my wife, but it's money money money with them. It took 4 attempts to get an upper partial temporary, after about 10 impressions they gave her one that doesn't fit well. She went back today for fillings and they charged another $1,200.00 !!!!!!!! I believe the permanent partial was originally around $700 now $800-$850. She has insurance that covers $1000 per year and that is shot now with 1 visit. I would not recommend them to anyone. So far about $2,500. invested not counting today.

WE REPORTED IT TO ASPEN AND THEY HAVE REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING! WE WILL BE CONTACTING THE LICENSING DEPARTMENT AND TAKING THIS VERY FAR SINCE ASPEN DOES NOT TAKE HIPAA LAWS SERIOUSLY! THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE!
