Front is amazing. Most staff listen to me. Did not tell us that my husband has a credit. They should not hold on to his money. Dentist was great. Love the girl at front desk, she's got it togeather. Did not like my phygienist this time around, he scrapped the front of my gum twice and instead of owning up to it he said it was a tooth nerve he hit. My mouth was not numb and I know the difference and can feel the scrap a day later.
I thought they were terrific! Very professional, fast and friendly!
I have just got started with Aspen Dental. The first day was great. Got a lot done. Very professional, and very kind people working there. Each has a job to do and they do it. Very happy with my time there, so far.

I've been waiting since August 2014 for a much needed partial. I feel like it just keeps getting put off. I paid a small fortune for a temp partial that I can't stand to wear. They say, as long as I need fillings (even if they are just old fillings that are being replaced) it "will change the landscape of my mouth." So....IF, or when, I ever get this partial, will they never be able to work on my mouth again? They've already said the new perm partial will require multiple adjustments....I just want my partial!
The employees are very nice. What I wasn't used to was having to make another appointment to get 3 fillings. I went in because 1 of my teeth was breaking away. There was no pain. Luckily they had appt That night 7pm. The dentist was very nice. I will be going back.
