Went to get dentures in October...middle of January they had to start all over because they made them wrong! Had to get impressions three extra times because of their incompetency. They were more than happy to throw the bill in my face when I sat in the chair to get the dentures that were made wrong! Would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.
Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
One star is more than these people deserve. I just about had a heart attack when they told me that for a "deep cleaning", two little fillings, and a root canal to a molar would be $4200.00. My Lord Have Mercy. You've got to bed kidding. No wonder they offer a FREE first time visit & FREE e-rays. What a rip off they are.

Started with having to confirm my appointment 1st via email, then text, then phone call. Kim at the front desk had pretty terrible people skills. Shouldn't be running a customer service position and was complaining about people while working she was completely unprofessional and ruined my view of this place.
