The most amazing dentist ever! The staff is beyond great!! I was a nervous wreck my first time, and they all made it such a great experience for me!! Usually you go to places like this and find at least one person who is cold and inattentive. Not here. From Cat at the desk, Barb the hygienist, Jessica with x-rays, Nicole office manager, and of course Mr. Andrew himself (Doc)! I highly recommend going here for all your smiling needs! I would 120% recommend. I haven't been to the dentist in years and they made me feel so welcome. and they're very kind and do all that they can to make sure you're happy and comfortable.
My adventure with Aspen Dental started in 2019 with Dr. Havig. He and his dental assistant were amazing. Over the course of several months I had multiple root canals done as well as several crowns. Close to 23k in dental work. I continued using the office until 2021 when I had excessive swelling around one of the root canals. I went in they told me it was infected, took some X-rays and told me the root was broken by a Dr. Geta who was not very polite about it. I made an appointment to have a tooth extracted. I already knew that my tooth needed extraction, due to being broke. They told me that first visit/appointment was no charge. When I arrived at appointment, they charged me $155.00. I told them I was told on the phone at the time I made the appointment that this visit would be no charge, except paying for the extraction.
