I ordered Invisalign and paid for everything up front, almost $3,000. I had to go in multiple times to get scans and pictures, because for whatever reason they wouldn’t do it at the same time and I had to make three trips. You guys asked for a review, so here it is! I've tried for over two weeks to get a human being on the phone, or to get a single call back. You guys were quick to get my grandmother in the office and quote her $9k for dentures, with high interest financing through a third party. One of the worst service that I’ve ever received. I go in for my appointment they said they can’t make me a plan until later that day which is fine. I called back the next day and still nothing. Takes over two weeks to finally get a plan in place. And the plan had the most expensive everything on it. Every time I needed information I had to call them and it seem like nobody was ever in the office nobody ever called me back would not recommend at all do not go
5weeks into a single denture plate and nothing. Do not waste your time and money. They can not keep lab staff and wax sample tried on today did NOT fit correctly and when I tried to explain where it was too big was told I was being mean. Got up and left. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
Incident 1) During a filling my teeth was scraped leaving a small (noticeable to me) groove in the tooth. I let them know at the next visit and the Dr (did not do the original filling) told me she did not see anything. I insisted it was there, so she agreed to fix it. She did not. At the next visit the same issue I made her aware the groove was still there, she tried convincing me it would fix itself but I remained persistent and she agreed. 🚨 ALERT🚨 Take you dental services to another provider! This has been a horrible experience that has cost me over 5K! They lack communication, punctuality, and professionalism at this office! Again, proceed with ⚠️ and take your dental needs to another establishment. Facts!

RecommendedEntire staff was very friendly and helped me through my conserns. Had all teeth extracted last Thursday and full dentures done. They have been very polite and friendly through the whole process. Have an appointment on the 29th but am going to have to have an adjustment made tomorrow as I am have a lot of pain and can’t sleep. Hope they can get me in.
