RecommendedMy daughter had the best experience and actually enjoyed her visit. She was worried and the staff put her at ease and were very patient. Also had a great experience with Lisa G, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about pretty much everything we needed help with. Would definitely recommend this office.

I have never been treated more like a piece of meat in my life. It’s cheap for a reason. Susie accuses you of being rude and nasty even when you’re visibly upset and crying in her office over being talked AT for half an hour. No regard or respect for autistic individuals, and if you’re looking for friendly, you won’t find it here.
Long wait times, especially when you are almost done and ready to leave. Customer service beyond front desk is not helpful. Good luck getting a call back from a manager. They want a cleaning that isn’t covered by my outstanding dental insurance the refused to guarantee any work done if I refuse the cleaning because apparently they lack the skills to properly prep an area unless I’ve had this cleaning done within the last six months or so *eyes roll into the next galaxy*

Scheduled an appointment a month in advance. Took time off work to make my appointment and got there early. Sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes and then they tell me I have to reschedule bcuz they overbooked. Wasted my time and I took off work for nothing. Terrible way to treat customers
My husband had an appointment for about a month. I called to get the time (I couldn’t find where I wrote it down) and they said they had to cancel because there was no doctor there, but could reschedule him for next week. I told her my husband works outta town & wouldn’t even be in the state next week. So apparently they weren’t even gonna call us & inform us of the cancellation & we would’ve driven an hour up there, but also refuse to make him an appointment at another location.
