Waited an hour past my schuduled time. The doctor was very rude and rushed thru the procedure, I was put on anesthesia and then quickly rushed out of the room being forced to stand up and walk to the car without even fully being awake. The doctor was rude and harsh putting the iv in then blamed me for messing up the first needle when the whole set up was not put together right. Very disappointed three weeks before I went there I had a free exam at a dental school was informed had a few minor things wrong. To my surprise aspen dental said I have over $6000 wrong.
I would honestly give 0 stars if it allowed. My insurance was set to expire so I wanted to get a cleaning before it did. I payed my deductable which was high enough for a simple cleaning. I went in and they said it was a two part process. My second part was scheduled after my insurance expired, even thought it didn't matter because all the initial billing was done before. Went in with a broken tooth. They gave me x rays, a written estimate for three teeth and an appointment for almost a month later. Hello - broken tooth. Went in to another dentist in Bourbonnais and got it fixed same day
Still waiting on a quote. promised by phone or email. Nothing. Waiting a week already.
Dont schedule me appointment if the dental surgen isnt going to be here on mondays. Luckily I didnt ride the bus all the way over there, they called 8:25 to cancel my 9am appt. But now I have to wait a whole week.
