Thy say they are clear about what they will charge you which is true but ten they try to charge you more every time you visit. I got told I owed something and I had to double check and ask about it cuz it was already paid for! And if u like to wait, wait wait wait for your time to get in even though you made an appointment g ahead and try aspen. Haven't stepped foot in here and already left a bad taste in my mouth. Called to schedule an appt to have my tooth removed, as it cracked and I'm in pain. The scheduling person gave me a 5:00pm appt for today. The office just called with their rude receptionist, who I'd like to punch in the mouth, to let me know they close AT 5. Well why the hell did you give me an appt?!? Rude and unprofessional
I was not happy with the firm today. I asked when I set up the appointment what the charges would be. I was told "no charge" when I asked about if a reline was needed; I was told that it is covered with your warranty. When I went for the appointment I was told relines after this length of time was not covered under the warranty, and that it would be "about" $350. WOW. I have NEVER seen or been in such an unprofessional or shady business. I tell them the teeth that need filled and they take the initiative to fill others I didn't ask for KNOWING that I don't have the money. I paid 500 dollars for about 5 fillings and the filled two wrong ones that weren't mentioned prior. The manager is EXTREMELY rude along with the receptionist.
