I had a tooth extracted at this office yesterday. It was my first time ever going there. The staff was very nice but I had a horrible experience with "the dentist"... I have had teeth extracted before at a different office (not Aspen Dental) and never had any problems... I went to Aspen this time because they claim to be more affordable... Not the case at all.... It takes three appointments to even get to an actual cleaning, and at each of those appointments you will be left waiting...and waiting. I ended up requesting my records so I can be seen elsewhere.
One of the most poorly run offices . I wouldn’t come here unless you enjoy waiting. Not just for your appointment. But every stage in between. (X-rays, hygienist, dentist. Unless you have hours to spend waiting this is not the office for you. They always seem to be over scheduled.While the claim to be no judgmental, the doctors are sanctimonious and self righteous. You can improve my experience by having office staff who answer the phone, write down confirmations. Then Canceling the day of appointment saying appointment was never confirmed when it had been two weeks before! I made this appointment in May only to have it rescheduled then canceled....very disappointment in Aspen Dental Brighton :(
I had high hopes after reading some reviews but was left disappointed. I came into aspen dental to have a broken tooth removed and was in deep pain. I have insurance and thought that I would be seen and have my issue resolved. I was seen and had xrays and a consultation with my hygentist and the dentist. Not happy with how my dentures look at all’s I initially had my temporary plate and liked the size of my teeth. When it was time to finally receive my permanent “top quality” teeth with the 7-yr-warranty I was so disappointed. I told the dentist I didn’t like them at all, the size especially and how they protruded out. I think when people come in for a tooth ache they don'r want to get all the other wxrays and fo through the hygienists and stuff they want you ri deal with just the problem and then you can set them up for the other other stuff like me I need a bridge ai ha e me come in for the cleaning do all the other essays and get his cleaning done. You are in ti much pain to deal with all that stuff when you have a broke or infected tooth.
Insurance cancels but would have only paid $ 80 for 1 wisdom tooth pulled. Insurance retro terms so Aspen charges me $500 go figure.
They claimed that my insurance didn't cover x-rays and charged me for them and also said that it doesn't cover cleanings! Called my insurance to make sure that what aspen dental was telling me was false and of course it was! Now no one at aspen dental will answer my calls or contact me back, they wont refund my money which resulted in me having to call my credit card company to contest the charges, and i am now contacting the Better Business Bureau to report them for falsely charging patients for services done that are cover... read more
