I’m not one for writing reviews but I went in for back tooth pain as an emergency visit because my normal dentist was closed. I have always had wonderful teeth. No cavities, no braces, all my wisdom teeth are still in and strong so this tooth pain was a surprise. When I got there they took a whole hour of just almost choking me with X-rays then I was told I needed to get a tooth removed and I have four cavities… my sirens in my head where going off like crazy. If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter had a new patient appointment scheduled for 3:15 PM. Office staff confirmed via phone last week and received text reminder this morning. Sat in the waiting room for a full hour and got sent home without being seen. Overbooked and couldn’t accommodate the appointment. Rude and unapologetic. What a complete joke and waste of time. Get it together, Aspen. Will never return and will not recommend to anyone, ever. Terrible!
purchased new dentures and the front tooth keeps falling off yhe plate. lab tech expects you to walk around a few days until they can fit you in??? ? and take another day off work?? Unbelievable
it been a week and my teeth still hurt u guys made my gums blood for 3 day still having trouble eating got a canker sore from u guys. I told my doctor office about u guys everyone at big lot's by my house everywhere I go am letting people know and family member.
Terrible customer service, not to mention the constant DRAMA within the office amongst the staff.

I called at 9:45 am with tooth pain and was in a chair by 11:15 same day. Had to have it extacted, was in and out. 👍
Dental neglect, fraud, i have a $12,000 bill sitting on me to fix everything they did wrong! I have broken teeth, tooth decay, was put under anesthesia to get my “wisdom teeth out” last year when last week i went to a new dentist AND MY WISDOM TEETH WERE INFECTED!!!? Whatever you do don’t go here it’ll cost you in the long run including a big headache!
