I will never go back to this office. The staff are very unorganized and my appointment is to much to say. All wrong and unprofessional. Ive worked in the dental field for over 20 years and never seen anything like this. The stuff that happened to me at my appointment, people would of got fired for. I knew I should of left when before they took out my tooth they shut the door and no assistant was present
Beware. The office manager will promise you one thing, you'll the receive a bill in the mail for an outrageous amount. Our cleanings are completely covered by insurance, this provider is within plan. I was told if the insurance didn't cover their charges, they would just write it off. We shall see about that. I would like to know, however, how they came up with a $1,200 cleaning charge... My family will never use this dental office in the future.
I didn't have any tooth work done but was there for evaluation to see what I need. The visit was quite professional. Everyone seemed to know what was going on. I had some pretty good coupons for free xrays so I used them. Appointment for 11:00am. Saw Dr. at about 11:50am. Xrays taken about 11:30am. Sitting and waiting for more than an hour, finaly got outta there by about 12:30pm spent MAYBE 15 min total with Dr and MAYBE 15 min with other associates. As long as time is not an issue its still a dental office.

Horrible!! Everything that could go wrong did so. They don't guarantee any of their work! Nice dentist, but very poorly run company!! Stay away!!!! � run while you can!
Cant rate them any lower, wish I could. Recommends services that are not needed, and missed other problems. Apparently they charge there dentist if they don't bring in a certain amount of dollars per day??? I guess that's why all their dentists have 2 or less years experience.
They claimed that my insurance didn't cover x-rays and charged me for them and also said that it doesn't cover cleanings! Called my insurance to make sure that what aspen dental was telling me was false and of course it was! Now no one at aspen dental will answer my calls or contact me back, they wont refund my money which resulted in me having to call my credit card company to contest the charges, and i am now contacting the Better Business Bureau to report them for falsely charging patients for services done that are cover... read more
