Customer service is horrible. Went in for initial visit and cleaning. Have a family of 5 new patients for them and they come out with a treatment plan without even doing a cleaning. Wanted to schedule the cleaning after initial visit. Mind you, this is after they missed three of our appointments due to their computer issues. this place was a complete and total waste of time. I waited over an hour once they took me.back with noy so much as a person communicating with me. they will waste your time. find a different dentist

Set appointment to have a single tooth removed. I arrived early and filled out paperwork. Waited 2 1/2 past scheduled appointment. They took x-ray with rotating machine. Then put me in another room where they stuck things in my mouth and took over 10 single x-rays of different shots of all the teeth in my mouth. Making the pain of the tooth I wanted removed even worse then I thought possible. I told them no more x-rays. That I came in for one tooth to be removed. Went in for an exam and ex rays and teeth cleaning. Said I had gum disease refused to clean my teeth. Waited 3 hours for them to let me know how much it was going to cost. ($5000+) Which is outrageous. Tried to get me to buy a toothbrush. Save yourself a trip and see someone else.

Wendy Lemon is the best hygienist I have ever been to. I have had excessive anxiety about going to the dentist for years. So much so that I would have preferred to see my OB/GYN. Wendy is so skillful that she makes cleaning, including deep scaling, a non-event. I no longer stress for weeks prior to a dental appointment. P.S. My son recently had a cavity filled by Dr. Patel and reports that Dr. Patel was skilled and gentle as well.
