Have had dentures for over 20 years never had a problem until I got dentures through aspen I have global health insurance don't know what they paid but I paid 700.00 and can't wear them they hurt hate the way they look and they won't fix them so I wasted 700.00 I have gone to DDS Dental in Broken arrow ok and have always been pleased, they guarantee their work only went to Aspen because of insurance and wasted 700.00 for something I can't wear so be advised
I went in, was skeptical about the work to be done. finally spoke to the account rep(?) decided to proceed. the first issue was the fillings were bothering me because they weren't rounded out. I went back two days later when I realized the swelling and numbness should be gone. The dentist smooths it with the drill. I think it's better until I eat on it while traveling out of town a few hours later. As soon as I bite down, pain hits that side. be upfront with people .I went to get new dentures they made them I had to go back like every week for about 2 months my bottoms they could not get to fit so after all this thay said I need studs to hold my bottoms in why didnt thay say that in the beginning before I got the most expensive pair of teeth .

If you are a new patient wanting a teeth cleaning only. You may be surprised when they won’t do it until you have to have more procedures first.
the Doctor is great but whom ever makes the dentures dont have a clue . I've had mine for 1+ years paid little under 5k anx the top teeth have fallen out had holes in the top plate and now have a huge crack across the whole top plate . in the exact same place as the hole he fixed .. even thou I have 6 more years of warrenty I wont be going back to aspen ever again .
Terrible Customer Service After several years of cleanings, exams, and a couple minor procedures, today was the last time I will ever step foot in the door at Aspen Dental BA again. The customer service is awful and has worsened in the past year. Today as I was driving to my 10am appointment, I got a call from the receptionist asking to reschedule for 11am. I got their free exam for my partner and I. They made the recommendation for a cleaning and 2 fillings. They gave my partner the same recommendation and the sales pitch was that I could get a care credit card in the office. So I applied and got approved because I have been building my credit and paying my debts off completely for the past 6 years.
