Made an appointment for my son in broken arrow on April 16, 2018. Went to the appointment. He wasn't in their system. I looked through my call log to find a 3 minute phone call to this location at 4:17 on April 9. I wish I could post my screenshot of the call. The lady at the front counter was nice & explained the person who took my call possibly forgot to put him in their system. The experience was very aggravating

This place is an absolute joke. They kept doing procedure after procedure on a tooth that was in need of a filling replaced. They replaced the filling. When I left my gum was swollen and hurting. I couldn't drink or eat anything cold at because my tooth had a big crack in it. I went back two other times. They told me to get sensitivity strips. I had my wife look at my tooth and she said there's a large crack in it. 2 different dentists couldn't see that ? On the third trip back I had to show them where the crack was. They sa... read more

This place is totally tricky. Start with free first examination then send you big bills. The dentists have changed all the time. Because they had overcharged, me and my husband changed to Dr. Gill. She is the best dentist ever.

I went to Aspen dental because my tooth that filled was hurt. The dentist told me there would not be any extra charge. Later, I got a bill for couple hundred said " a comprehensive examination. That was not the first time they messed up with bills. I think this place is totally fraud. The Aspen dental was sued in many states due to bill fraud. Please do some research before making your mistake.

My original dentist was not the one who pulled my tooth.... he was so rough with me he hurt my neck. I ended up having to miss work because of a migraine and pain meds that made me sick! The dumbass dentist never gave me antibiotics to prevent an infection and now I have to go to a different dentist just to get some! I tried to go today to have them look at it and they were all booked. They couldn't even just look at my gums and say yes you have an infection starting lets write you a prescription. Please do not go here. The dentist was brusque and his bed side manner non existent. The assistant handle and assembled the tooling with no gloves on. The whole ordeal was painful and frightening. The rooms are open for other patients to see everything. Noise and buzzing everywhere. Part of my tooth broke off and hit the back of my throat during the pull. I had to go to the office in Broken Arrow because they take CIGNA, but the Tulsa office was no longer taking NEW PATIENTS w/ CIGNA ={, I have 2 insurances and this is were I could use both, I had the intention of "changing" dentist to take advantage of BOTH my insurances and reduce my cost. The receptionist was nice and courteous.
