My original dentist cleaned my teeth, then told me to schedule another appointment if I wanted any work done. I searched online & found another dentist nearby, which turned out to be Aspen Dental. A dental assistant took (and had to retake) many of the X-rays. Then the dentist came in saying "I have two patients waiting for procedures, but let's see.." and didn't do a damn thing but tell me I needed some work & led me over to their financing department. Nobody did a damn thing for me except try to sell me a $14,000 loan.
Run don't walk out of Aspen Dentist. The staff was so friendly and nice no complaints in that area. But I'm not looking for new friends. The worst dental work ever! ! If you need any type of work done besides a cleaning or cavity filled . GO TO A GOOD DENTIST.

Your office made me wait an entire week to be seen for a cracked denture. Ive been in a lot of discomfort and pain and I can't eat with them in because they do not fit right and I'm afraid they will snap in half. They told me if the crack got worse to call the next day to get in sooner. I did that and the lied to me and said that I can't be in before my appt. Super unimpressed. Last week I called with my insurance information to get my treatment plan squared away and appointments set up. I was told my wisdom teeth extraction would be covered 100%, my fillings 100%, and my special scaling/cleaning $800 out of pocket with a $129.00 toothbrush needing purchased.
