Came in because I broke a tooth and couldn't find anywhere else that would take an emergency at that time. The dentist is good, that's about the only positive thing I can say. It's over a year since they removed the tooth, and it is still not replaced. Multiple appointments were cancelled hours before I was scheduled to be at the office, resulting in wasted PTO for me. RecommendedStaff was nice. Your survey is not easy to use.
Get rid of their Female hygienist who does not care about the comfort of her patients during a proceedure and to stop her constant humming.....for starters!
