I let a tooth go bad for years. finally started having unbearable pain so i scheaduled my first appointment. Realized that i couldnt wait until my appointment date so i called them and they got me in that day! After doing all the first visit stuff (xrays, inspection) they gave me a shot to numb my mouth to relieve pain and a precription for pain killer and antibiotics. after a week i was able to scheadule my extraction.
