Everything started out great. The staff got me back fast. The techs were great but the dentist looked at me for 1 second. It was not a full exam and when I went to get paperwork there was no meds for antibiotics, well he left for the day sick they said. I just seen him 2 minutes ago maybe he should have stayed home now I'm feeling unwell and when I asked about pricing it was very confusing the pricing is all over the place DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR HEALTH HERE I DO NOT RECOMMEND !

RecommendedMy second positive experience with Aspen Dental. I’m from Cocoa Beach and was unable to get to my dentist for an extraction. I’m grateful for the exceptional and prompt service I was given. Dr. Khatib and Kandice Adams seemed as if they had worked together for years. Very warm, knowledgeable and concerned for my comfort! WY to go TEAM!!

How does a dentist tell you that you have an infection that can kill you and let you walk out of there with no antibiotics, called them back, said they would send over to pharmacy, then find out they didn’t and tried to call the after hours number twice, and no return call. Pathetic horrible service.

I called two weeks ago,new patient. Appointment was at 10 am. Got here 10 minutes early to do paperwork which should of been done ahead of time. The keep telling me that they will be right with me. Nobody was here when I came. 4 people have been taken in. Still waiting after 45 minutes. HORRIBLE!!! In pain so I make an emergency dental appointment. After 2 hours I finally get called back. Made to go thru 30 minutes of xrays and poking to finally be told there is nothing they can do because the doctor is in surgery!!! I need to reschedule!!! Are you freaking kidding me!!! No antibiotics no pain meds no nothing. Thank you for making it worse while trying to sell me on coming back. while WAITING to be looked I could hear doctor laughing and cutting up with the staff in the back. what i paid for a bridge I could have gotten an implant for the same price.
NOT RECOMMENDED ! I spent three hours waiting, receiving unwanted x-rays and unwanted gum measurements before seeing the dentist to have a crown recemented that had come out. The very unprofessional and mean dentist told me she would not cement the crown, threw it on the counter and walked out. I picked it up and went to the desk to be told I could go across the street to Coastal dentist and have it done and it would be much cheaper.
