Wife was in there for dental work and the staff made her feel bad because she started to tear up because she has never had surgery before. They told her they were not going to do the work until the could put her under and proceeded to tell her that she needed to pay an extra $350 to do so and reschedule her appointment after she had already paid for the work to be done. Not a pleasant experience!

The staff is nice but as far as the work not great. I have been 3 times to fix the same tooth from a cavity they filled. Even after 3rd time I can still not chew on that side and drinking cold drinks is painful. I will have to go to another dentist to fix the issue 2 months of pain is not going to work anymore.

Purchased full set of dentures four years ago have had 4 teeth fallout approximately 1 every year purchased the top of the line set warranted for 7 years technician I saw today said not to use the front teeth for biting have had false teeth for 50 years and have never been told that before and before Aspen have never had a tooth fallout

WORSE customer service ever! I had to call them 3 times to follow up and my new insurance to give me new quote on an expensive procedure. They did not call me back. This was in 2020 I figured I would give them another try as I wanted to get quote again on dental procedure and of course to my disappointment they failed to call me again. This is 2 yrs later and they still have horrible customer service. I hate having to go to several dentist to get quotes going to a dentist is never fun as is. As a new patient I called and made an emergency appointment. The young lady who did my X-rays was polite and accommodating! I went in knowing I had a major infection going on that was affecting my entire right side of my face, which you could see clearly it was swollen, I have been in tremendous pain for days! I informed the Dr. I had been on an antibiotic for 5 days with no results so I had another antibiotic prescribed yesterday by my primary. This place is a rip off. There's no other way of describing them. Their bottom line is sales. NOT your well being and absolutely not your dental problems. Buyer beware.

The level of unproffesionalism starts off with having to wait 2 hours in the waiting room and ends with downright disrespect and disregard for what the patient wants. I had implants done and the Dr Lee took it upon himself to pick the lightest shade there was then was upset with me because I complained. They charged my account before I had my teeth put in making it only about the money and no customer satisfaction 😡🤬😡

Hell to the no!!!! Total criminals. Put together a dental plan over 20$ grand lied about half the shit they said I needed. I almost snapped on the receptionist they are extremely rude & I wouldn't recommend this rip off place 2 anyone!!! My new dentist is awesome. 500$ out of pocket for a deep cleaning instead of 2500$!!! From this joke of a place
