This may be a great place in the future, if they ever get it together. I had an appointment weeks ago. Arrived with no one even the office. Everyone was at lunch after waiting , the staff showed up, was told all the systems were down so they could not see me. Mind you this is weeks ago. The only thing I received was an email stating they would get back to me with an appointment. I scheduled somewhere else. I pass this place daily going to work and there are cars in the lot, so someone must be doing appointments

At first we were really excited to get an Aspen Dental. Don't bother. They force you into treatment plans, such as laser decontamination, that would be optional other places that cost hundreds of dollars that isn't covered by insurance. They argue when you do not want to do it. They do not do the billing there, so when insurance declines it because they did not submit the x-rays and proper documentation, you have to fight it. I was an existing customer who booked a 2:30 appt for a broken tooth\teeth At 2:30 Aspen Dental receptionist thought I had a "new customer appointment". Who cares? You're my dentist, I fell and broke my teeth, I have a 230 appt confirmed by email. There Is a block on their website for: broken tooth. I booked THAT appt. They didn't have time for me and suggested I go to urgent care. Or an ortho...anyone. It too much trouble for them to do their jobs. I started to cry, my teeth have been broken all day. Do not go to Aspen Dental...anywhere. This is a corporation that is designed to rip patients off. I went to a new location in Bullhead City AZ over a month ago and still have no statement of the $2400 paid. They sell you procedures you don't need and lie about the condition of your teeth. My new dentist had to work with a stub that their dentist cut off short. Vets watch out they lie about a VA Discount...there is none. It is actually the same 20% they give everyone else. Totally Dishonest.
