I just had an exam & x-rays appointment at Aspen Dental. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and staff. Starting with the receptionist, to x-ray tech, hygienist, and the doctor. Every single one was friendly, professional. They responded to every question I had, after through initial explaination of procedure. OMG the x-ray equipment was so high-tech from anything I have experienced. The Dental Exam was indepth and extremely thorough. A great dentist with a personality. However; to do an actual teeth cleaning was beyond reality. The dental hygienist had given me a price which was so fictitious and unrealistic that I needed a Cardiologist!! This organization has Bad Habit of Overcharging It's patients. I went to a different dental clinic for a cleaning at a reasonable price!

I decided to give them a second chance. My husband needed a new bridge and dentures. I set him up an appointment and he is currently having Aspen dental work on his entire and bridge. They still do not take our discount card, so I see a different dentist. From what my husband tells me he seems to like them and they gave him a discount

I take really good care of my teeth because I've had some major tooth issues and it ain't fun! So choosing a new dentist was a high priority when I moved to BHC. My dentist back home set the bar pretty high for excellent care, so I was on the lookout for a professional dentist office. Aspen fit my expectations! This place is a total sales scam. I felt like I was at a bad timeshare presentation. My wife and I recently moved to the area and have always taken good care of our teeth and we've seen our Dentist out of AZ every six months for the last 10 years or so. They've never mentioned anything about periodontal disease. We go to this place and all of a sudden both my wife and I are diagnosed with periodontal disease with treatments every three months and thousands and thousands of dollars. We were shocked. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. They told me one price for my crown and billed on top of what they told me. My dentist was on vacation some other was filling in did the crown prep wrong. When she came back My dentist assured me no additional charges to redo the prep and order the new crown. When it came it was the wrong color, a front tooth by the way, they had to send it back wait another 3 weeks!!!
