This place is a total sales scam. I felt like I was at a bad timeshare presentation. My wife and I recently moved to the area and have always taken good care of our teeth and we've seen our Dentist out of AZ every six months for the last 10 years or so. They've never mentioned anything about periodontal disease. We go to this place and all of a sudden both my wife and I are diagnosed with periodontal disease with treatments every three months and thousands and thousands of dollars. We were shocked. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. They told me one price for my crown and billed on top of what they told me. My dentist was on vacation some other was filling in did the crown prep wrong. When she came back My dentist assured me no additional charges to redo the prep and order the new crown. When it came it was the wrong color, a front tooth by the way, they had to send it back wait another 3 weeks!!! The billing is not accurate. I was given a quote of what I would be charged and then after receiving the services they added on charges of $600 that I was not aware of nor was discussed before I was billed. At this same time they put the codes in twice so I was double billed before I caught it and they had to remove one of them. Do not trust this place and what they say beware.!!!!

Horrible experience with Billing. In 3/2025 I went in for a cleaning and was told I had a balance of $503 from a denture I got in approx 8/2024. I'm on Medicare and a fixed income. I would never get a denture if it cost me. I was never told about the $503. When I questioned the charge someone in the office looked from her position and said because I got because a more expensive denture. I have been disputing this charge since 4/4. Stay away from Aspen dental. I went in for top denture, they said my insurance covered 100% I made it clear that if it didn't I wouldn't be interested, so a month later I get the bill, they said they upgraded the type of denture so I have to pay for it. They lie and the rip off!

I wrote my entire story below but Basically, to sum everything up, do not go to Aspen dental in Bullhead city unless you want to pay to be tortured , be made fun of in front of your face and met with snotty attitudes. I understand people sometimes have bad experiences at places, but this was absolutely insane. Do not ever go to Aspen dental!!! Don't go to Aspen dental!. They told my that would fix her temporary denture and it breaks the minute she tries to chew then she went down there and they said she needed 200 to fix her denture, she gave them 200 to fix and it broke again,.Then she went down again and asked if they had her permanent denture ready and they told her they hadn't made it yet?? My mom went here and she was told she had to clear up her gingivitis before they could do a deep cleaning. Then, after she did that, she went back and had nothing wrong and the dentist told her, "well I have to write something down." This place is a rip off, designed to screw over people and rob them. This is purely for profit and they see you as a walking dollar sign. They are not here to help, they are here to bleed you dry.
