I mixed up my appointment date and came a week late. They were still able to fit me in. The personnel that work there are great and I was very impressed with the dentist I met with. The equipment is state of the art and they can do a 3D actual rendering of your teeth. The provided me with an estimate of the work I need done at the end of my appointment. I can not even think of a way they could improve my visit. They are a class act and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with everybody in this dental office. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, they explained every procedure right down to the cost. They have all the latest technology on hand and I have to say, that I received the most thorough cleaning I've ever had. The simulator gave me a great idea how much straighter my teeth could be, which I had totally written off. My dentist was great explaining all the options without pressure or sales pitch, which I so appreciate. I just moved to the area but I found my new dentist.
I never went to a dentist where my fear was handled so well. I have had several procedures done, including extractions. I am currently in the process of getting a permanent partial. A dental cleaning is usually traumatic, but I just had one and will gladly go for my next one in November. With few exceptions, Aspen Dental can make arrangements for payment of dental procedures. Friendly, clean, and prompt appointments, never a significant wait time. I'm impressed with the people there. My last appt was 1/4/19, and I was seen by Dental Ass't Laz and Dr Phillips. They were both very good. I'd give a top rating.
I had my first appointment yesterday afternoon with the Aspen Dental location off of Pine Island Road in Cape Coral. The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and there was hardly any wait time. The assistant office manager broke everything down for me regarding the nexts steps to get my perfect smile, and helped schedule all of my future appointments (probably about 6 of them), and even helped get me approved for payment assistance, even though the office was already closed and I was the last patient of the night. At Aspen Dental Cape Coral, Dr. Neira, hygienist Amanda, Dale, and staff were very welcoming, made me feel very comfortable, explained the importance of using an electrical brush, and took the time to design and work out a dental plan that I am comfortable with and can afford.
