I had broke a tooth out of my denture. Made an appointment to drop off denture to get tooth glued back in, also made an appointment to see a dentist about getting a new set of dentures. Went to my appointment sat in room for 35mins not a person came in Got up asked for my fixed dentures asked if I owed anything they said no I was free to go. Absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND!! Negative stars! I have had severe severe infected teeth with nerve damage for weeks, I called Aspen dental, the office directly, the representative told me they had a special for new patients where I would get an x-ray and an exam for free, and then my extractions would be $174. I made my appointment, got my x-rays and consultation, and then they told me it was going to be $616. The absolute worst Dental practice in the U.S. unprofessional, fraudulent, ignorant staff, substandard work Lowlife service.
They are most deceptive, poor quality, bad office, dental so called professionals, I've dealt with. The FLORIDA B.B.B. will be investigating them shortly. along with Morgan & Morgan.
While the Dentist is great, the billing dept is the worst. They have no clue of what they are doing and make constant mistakes. They do not know the proper coding and cause patients to be billed multiple times for the same service. They threaten you with sending you to collections when instead of simply correcting their coding mistakes sent to your insurance companies. DO NOT USE

Don’t go there if you had covid in the last year! Reception jumped out of her chair and said we can’t serve you unless you have a negative test....ok so I show her my negative test! Nope can’t be rapid! Told me I had to leave. NEVER AGAIN!!!
