Typical car salesman type of process at these places. They try to rope you in to unnecessary procedures and costs. And then they are painfully obstinate when you want to cancel or change your mind.

Thank goodness, I managed to get a refund because I threatened them with a charge back! I could write pages about the shocking service I received. However, my case in point is regarding my experience when waiting in line to check in. In line ahead of me was a very sweet old lady who was getting an explanation from the person on the desk that "Yes, we quoted you $95 but you didn't mention you had insurance and because of that your responsibility is $295". When I presented my dental insurance card I assumed they would be checking with my provider on how much I would have for out of my pocket expenses. It was great I got a response very quickly when I wrote this review, however, still haven't heard back from the office, nor have I gotten a refund. Meanwhile I'm still trying to find someone to pull the dang tooth. It looks great when someone reading this review sees that you you responded. Responded with nothing but lip service. I needed a very small cosmetic filling in one of my front teeth and went to Aspen Dental instead of my usual dentist because I needed a Saturday appointment. They did X-rays and an exam, then told me I have periodontal disease and need an upcharged $1200 "deep cleaning" before the work can be done. Weird, I just saw my regular dentist four months ago and was told my gums are in great shape. This is the WORST place ever to go for any dental problems! I went there because I am new to the area and they told me I had "bone loss" and needed to have teeth taken out. They tell EVERYONE that!!! They told me I would need to pay $650 and my insurance would pay the rest. WELL, Delta Dental did NOT and now I have to pay $1100 more for TWO teeth extracted for a total of $1700.00 This is a corporate company that is all about making money. Save your money and go elsewhere. They are a total scam.

Worst dental experience I have ever had. Charged us for procedures upfront that we should not have had to pay at all, without checking with our dental plan that they are an in plan provider of first. I have never had a dental office make you pay up front unless you do not have dental insurance. Now fighting with them to get reimbursed with the help of my insurance. The most UNORGANIZED discombobulated office of dental practice I've ever seen. You will NOT be getting cleaning on your first visit. Know that. 90 min wasted. Do yourself a favor, lesson learned. Small business' only.
