I would have given them 0 stars if I could. Needed to find a new dentist because I just moved back here and because I had covid two months ago I had to prove I am negative. NO Problem....till they told me it can't be a rapid. The lady jumped out of her seat and said I had to leave because I was putting her office in danger! Never again!!! Lost my business!

The review pertains to the newer facility in Cape Coral on Sta Barbara: The location was clean and the staff was friendly. The dentist was per diem, but was personable and examined my teeth and Xrays. A follow up was scheduled with the dental hygenist. The reason I will not be returning is they off on the estimate. I paid in advance based off my insurance benefits only to receive a bill. My financial responsibility tuned out to be 3 times more than the initial quote. Service is slow and as soon as you get there you feel like you are at a used car lot. Despite the fact that I have insurance that completely covers cleanings, they said I need a more extensive cleaning that was 350. Which is weird because they told my husband the same thing. They made it seem like I HAD to have it or my teeth were in danger of falling out. STAY AWAY from this office. I also made my concerns known and asked for a manager to call me and no one ever did.

It is the worst dental office I have ever been to. It took 2 hours to Xray me, plus they baited me with an 80 dollar clean and told me my mouth would fall off, so I need an 1800 dollar cleaning. The worst company. They are sharks do NOT go! Store number 4097. If I didn't tell them to switch the old scanner top, they would of put the last clients in me. Clean and comfortable environment. Professional and friendly staff. Thorough dental exam, x-rays and hygience exam to ck pocket depths. Treatment plan explained and presented with options. Desiree was very helpful and pleasant when explaining finances and insurance/payment options. Going in today for my permanent crown. I look forward to tackling the next task on my tx plan w the Dr.& Staff at the Santa Barbara location.
