0/10 !!! Do not trust this office !!! All of the people are rude and think that they are entitled. I started my invisalign journey with this office and let me just say they did not take care of me AT ALL!! It's been months that I have been here but due to problems they caused my gums & teeth, I'm still dealing with it so I decided to leave a review. I honestly hope this place gets closed. I tried talking to higher ups / HR but they say they " don't have a hr "

Shady Business Practices at Aspen Dental - Avoid! Absolutely lied on my ins coverage. They said great ins I owe ,$0. Then send me a bill for$989.00 Theives . Your ons is great.

While the visit was satisfactory, they lied to me when they said that the "check" they were doing on my credit was a soft pull, I specifically asked this which they said yes and nothing would be initialized for the credit. I then received a letter in the mail that the credit was actually trying to be opened. I know it was Aspen due to not having any contact with other places where this would have happened from.

I needed help to see an oral surgeon for a growth. I called five times, I was put on hold, then rerouted to the automated service. Not the place to go.

I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with not one but "two managers" at this location at my 8am appointment, first appointment of the day, I received my email and confirm my appointment the week prior.. When I walked into the office I was told by the front desk guy "one of the managers" my insurance wouldn't cover the visit and had to pay $150, I asked for my insurance number and I did their job on calling my insurance. They do not care about their patients. Called looking for help because of my wisdom teeth and even after telling them I am in pain the lady on the phone was rude and completely unhelpful. Ended up going to urgent care for pain and looking to book elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they actually listen and want to help you. Santa Barbara Cape Coral location

They left me on hold for over 30 minutes, just wanted to make an appointment. I always give them another shot since they're so close to me even after visiting much better clinics when I'm out of state and seeing the clear difference in how I'm treated but if I can't even make an appointment, what's the point. This helped me finally pick a different local dentist for my cleanings.

Typical car salesman type of process at these places. They try to rope you in to unnecessary procedures and costs. And then they are painfully obstinate when you want to cancel or change your mind.
