I paid in full and they say I still owe $48.00!! I have confirmation and authorization numbers for my payments but they apparently don't believe I paid or that it was wrongly posted!! Then my first realign I was told for the first year is free so I made an appt. They told me today it would cost me $84.00!!!! And I had a prior amount due!!! You never know if you can believe them, it depends on who you talk to!! Apparently told I had a zero balance and a realign All I can say is get it in writing, ALL and hope that works!!!
there is no way you can get customer service unless it's for a appointment no other calls are answered or message returned stay away from this office plus, they delete all negative reviews they don't care about patients we should start filing complaints

All I went in is to do a yearly cleaning. I get cleaning done every 6 months paid from my insurance. The last time I got cleaning done was March of 2022 & my next appointment was in September of 2022, which was a delay cause of the hurricane. My previous dentist told me that they were out of office for 2 months & no longer accepts any type of dental insurance so I had to switch to a different dentist. I come to this place & they’re saying all sorts of things wrong with my teeth that previous dentist or surgeon never told me.... read more
$3000, for new teeth, nd in 6 months 3 teeth fell out of them. Are you serious, your about to learn an expensive lesson

I've been going here for over a year. The staff is friendly (though there is a high turnover in personnel), the prices are a bit high ($1,800 for a crown), and the dental services are awful. The crown they implanted in November has fallen out TWICE, and I can feel food getting stuck underneath leaving my gums sensitive. I have had two other crowns for over 10 years and NEVER had these problems. I'm extremely disappointed in this office and will be finding another dental provider.
