If anyone needs to have dental work done DO NOT GO TO Aspen Dental in Cape Girardeau. I had an appointment for my fiancé at 10:15 am! I show up at 10:18 and the lady says: “Sorry, you’re appointment was at 10 am. You are 20 mins late and we can’t see you.” I explained to her that my fiancé had to take off work, my disabled child had to miss school and we drove 30 miles. Could she squeeze us in at all because I KNOW my appointment was at 10:15. She says no I’m sorry. I find my email that says APPOINTMENT CONFIRMED FOR 10:15... read more
