The dentist Dr Torres was very rude and condescending. He walked around the rooms with an attitude of I'm better than anyone here. During his exam with me he stuck me pretty hard and I told him about it. Instead of saying oops or sorry or something he got real arrogant and said I didn't stab you. I could go on and on but there isn't enough room to post it here.

Went in to get a tooth pulled after being in severe pain for days ,they said they would set up a apt to pull my tooth , told me I could leave and they would call me with my appointment and talk to me about my visit , I never got a call back after I called twice to talk to someone they told me she would call me and never did , I’m still sitting here in pain waiting for my appointment call

First appointment wasn't too bad except they kept me waiting in the lounge for over 30 minutes to talk to the lady about my plan of action and payment. They do treat you like you know nothing about dental works and your own mouth. The second appointment two days later was not good. They talked me into getting two teeth pulled on either side on top, which I questioned. I had been told by other dentists that they couldn't do that. You can defiantly feel the corporate hand playing a part in the way they run things. During my visit I was in contact with 4 staff members and each one tried selling me some type of service. The lady doing my xrays had the intellect of somebody with a 5 grade education and her strong southern drawl style of speech wasnt impressive either. The dentist gave the impression of an inexperienced student doctor. The staff were All unprofessional. I don’t think any Aspen Dental office has a competent dentist or staff. All they know how to make for dentures are horse teeth. I tried. My gums feel like hamburger meat and hurt from them trying to force dentures on that didn’t fit. They even put Vaseline in my mouth to force them on. I have some kind of blue dye on my arm and shirt. They didn’t have any hot water so the dentures are sitting there in a bag breeding germs. I am so fed up with inept people that work for Aspen. Please read the reviews before you try Aspen. well to start we had over a hour late with our appointments. My wife and I both had appointments back to back she had the piano view only because only 4 bottom teeth. I had to do 18 bite x-rays. The lady was I understand training somewhat, but, I told her I had a small mouth but she continued putting the large one in it was not only uncomfortable it hurt My mouth and at one point gagged and about threw up.
