Well the dr that service me didn’t speak good English really could not understand her and I don’t know why I could not get what I wanted I wanted dentures on top and bottom but she insisted to save bottom teeth I said they would b different colors she said we would die them I don’t want that but over all I really would have liked to talk with someone that I could understand more. Oh and when I had my teeth cleaned she only did the bottom not my top I was upset about that and she gave me an excuse about fluoride I wasn’t hear... read more

Cape Girardeau Aspen Dental does not care about their patients. They don’t answer the phone, make you wait forever, act like they are annoyed by you, etc. I’ve seen it happen with me as well as with other customers. They do not live up to what they are known for. They are not very helpful with figuring out financing.

got full denture's, worst experience in my life real nice until I paid in full,had no follow ups didn't hear a word from them took my money and ran,high price,rude, people,they just suck

They lied about my kids new patient visit, comprehend exam, panoramic radiographic imaging, and bitewing 2- view radiographic imaging being free. Then they sent a surprise bill. They have also violated their own policies.
Everybody was nice and professional but I believe their service prices are way to high. Had a wisdom tooth pulled with no pain. Apparently I need alot of dental work. My insurance will hardly will pay for any of it, so something is wrong. I’m getting a second opinion.
