My experience at Aspen Dental was excellent. I'm usually a little anxious, but the whole team was courteous and professional. Getting a short notice appointment was the best.

My first experience here in this office. Office Manager, Staff and Doctor (dentist) are great! Very Friendly!. The dental assistant answered all questions I had about things on my print out!very pleased! I hate the dentist but overall a great experience!

I like it they try help u out when u don't have health insurance. I will be getting my teeth done there all the time ..

I started going to aspen a few years ago and it went well for my first few appointments, then it all went to shit. they canceled 4 times on me and one time I was in the waiting room when they did. I've waited 2 hrs before to be seen. in currently going through a bad tooth infection and my face is swollen, I was calling around to get seen and left them a message stating it was an emergency, they never returned my call. this place has become a shit show amd from what u hear, a scam. To share my husband’s recent experience- Spread the word! Insurance fraud here in Chambersburg and local and/or corporate won’t respond. BBB involved. I should have read these reviews before I went in here. My experience was similar to Corey B.'s I called and made a appointment for a filling that had fallen out. They got me in fast enough, but the customer service was non existent. I was on time for me appointment but was left to sit and wait in the lobby until they could get me in to x-ray and than returned to the lobby where I waited another 20 to 30 min only to be taken to a exam room after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the wait. I was told a year ago from today that I had 6 cavities. Was told that I couldn’t be scheduled to get my first set of fillings until January. January came and my appointment got cancelled for whatever reason, i wasn’t told why. I was scheduled again in February but had to cancel myself because I had the flu, so they scheduled me in March. I was there for a cleaning and did not receive one which was not explained to me. When I wanted to schedule a cleaning, I was informed I couldn’t get an appointment till May! They called me the day before an hour before their closing time and said if I didn’t call within the hour, my appointment would be canceled. I was not pleased at all
