Was in the Chambersburg office 3 times: 1. For evaluation 2. Went For 2 teeth filled. No pain or sensitivity before procedure 3. Experiencing sensitivity to cold liquids and food on tooth that was supposed to have been filled. 4. Went back in again for recheck and dentist picked and polished around my tooth in question. Hurts worse than ever. I will have to make an appointment with another dentist as Dr. kahl seems incompetent . I will be contacting Aspen Dental”s main office.
Shouldn’t be allowed to be in business
Complete waste of my time. I told them I was pregnant before I scheduled my first appointment and then again when I filled out paperwork. First they checked in someone who came in after me and I was sitting there waiting. I had to walk up to the counter and remind her that I had an appointment and needed to check in. I was brought back during my appointment and they tried to take x-rays of my mouth and I had to tell her that I was pregnant. my fiance was told he had a gum infection and needed 8 extractions but they never gave or called in prescription for antibotic and he has been suffering with pain for 2 weeks and he called begging for a prescription of antibotic to be sent to his pharmacy and they told him he has to been seen again but they dont have any open apts like are u getting me so when the infection goes thru his blood stream then what huh.. dont recommend this place not even for my worse enemy
RecommendedI went in on Saturday Morning because I had severe tooth pain and the entire side of my face was swollen! The staff was very professional and they seemed to actually care. I ended up getting 4 teeth pulled and the infection was so bad that if I wouldn’t have made it there or waited longer, I would have been in the hospital with sepsis. I was terrified because I’m not a dentist fan at all, but they took their time explained everything to me without any side stepping or lack of detail. Technically they saved my life!!
This place deserves a 0. From the moment I walked into the door the lack of professionalism was at a all time low. Not sure where their Dentist received her training -\-\-my guess overseas, you sure can tell that (she lacks any kind of social skills whatsoever).. Anyways, I waited like forever for her to even come in and look at my teeth, she was very dismissive.. and short she didn't even talk to me really.. oh well, I could care less. I have been here for over 2 hrs and only got xrays worst service ever
If you want to be told you need a deep cleaning and have to have a $135 toothbrush and have a total of $640 out of pocket with GOOD insurance coverage. In my treatment plan there are erroneous charges examples stannous rinse $34, $47 flouride varnish,$93 prophylaxis..... never in my life have i needed any of this before and i take care of my teeth..... thank goodness for friends in the dental field!!! I will follow up with what it truely cost out of pocket with a non participating dentist and it will still be much cheaper...... read more
