Went for my first check up in years. They all were extremely friendly and knew what they were doing. I need to go back to get some fillings, everything was was ready for me to see on paper. How much my insurance will pay and what I will owe. They explained their policy to me about paying a portion upfront when you schedule. I was very happy.
They are kind and helpful. Gentle even with the very sore tooth that is tender to touch. If I were to say anything bad about them, it would only be, Please talk to the patient. If you say, I'll be right back, then be right back. If We have to wait for the checkout, let us know that. Some of us are there for the very first time. Maybe not even seen a dentist for a very long time and we are a little nervous, so we need a little more reassurance. All in all, they were all kind and helpful, just as I said.
For someone who has severe dental anxiety I have never been somewhere so compassionate to me and understanding my fears love this office

I was having a toothache real bad over the Holidays eating to much goodies. Called Aspen Dental they got me right in started me on a antibiotic and next step is cleaning. They wherwhere very nice and concerned with my problem.Thanks AspenDental
