The people are very nice an polite. The only thing that I wished they did on their own would is help set up a payment plan if no one else they send it through can help cause not everyone can afford to get procedure done at these prices. I need what is left of my teeth pulled before I can be cleared for knee surgery. I can’t afford it an get dentures
Was only my first visit in the Chambersburg office. The staff was real friendly and helpful. They explained everything that I needed done and were understanding about my concerns.

The dentist was very knowledgeable and helpful for my dental needs. She explained why I should use regular floss to help my teeth instead of flossers. The office was brand new and the equipment was far more advanced than my previous dental office. I look forward to my future appointments with Aspen Dental.

I had bad experience in south Carolina at a dental clinic several years ago, which made me skeptical and actually caused me to let my dental issues go. I had a wonderful experience at aspen dental on Thursday June 14th. The dentist herself was from India and although I will never get her name right. She took time to sit down and listen to my concerns and then told me I was not in as bad a shape as I thought I was. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions accordingly. The only thing I have negative to say is the chair placement in some of the exam rooms are awkward as they do not have doors. The particular exam room that I was in I had a direct line of sight to the “checkout waiting lounge”.
