All of the staff are very friendly, kind, and professional. Very thorough cleaning and exams, with a thoughtful explanation of treatments that may be needed going forward. They are also very thorough in explaining what insurance will and will not cover, so patients can make decisions about expenses.
I called the Chelmsford MA office out of the blue six weeks ago because I had broken two molars (I had not been having regular dental care). They saw me within two days, and have treated me with nothing but respect and caring. The team helped me determine what was wrong, understand my options, and work out a plan to get everything fixed and me healthy. As a first time patient at Aspen Dental I must say I was very much pleased with my experience, they made me feel welcomed, safe and comfortable. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment to assisting me and giving me an amazing experience as a valued patient. All staff were compassionate and friendly and took good care of me. Aspen Dental in Chelmsford is a very friendly and professional environment. My hygienist did a great job with the cleaning and explaining what was going on. The doctor who did the final exam was very nice as well.
