I had to go in to get new dentures, and all of the staff was. Phenomenal!! The doctor took his time and explained everything in simple language. At no time did I feel rushed.before I left I sat down to discuss financing. She was so nice and helped explain all the ins and outs of what things would cost, and in getting the help I needed. Finally, the 2 main people I dealt with were Tammy and Ruth they could help explain everything, and were very professional when they needed to be. RecommendedTook my dad to Chelmsford office yesterday. I was very impressed that they did not try to sell him a full set of dentures. They repaired his two lost teeth in a hour, while we waited. The staff was very polite, helpful, and respectful to my 87 year old dad. I was satisfied with the cost and my dad was a happy man when he left with his nice smile!
They are the best team. And they take the time to explain things. They are great at making you feel comfortable.

Wonderful staff from the waiting room to the Dentist’s chair to check-out. Friendly, welcoming, professional and fun. Dr. Lee goes that extra step to insure you are totally satisfaction.
Staff at Aspen Dental in Chelmsford are great. I’ve been going there around four years and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them for all your dental work.
