I was at Aspen dental clinic in Chelmsford yesterday with a terrible pain from the tooth ache that I had. I was a new patient there . They were very to me. Everyone one I met at the clinic had very good customer service. The dentist and his assistant were very good. I recommend patients to go to aspen dental in Chelmsford. You will not regret.

Each person I dealt with was pleasant, compassionate and had knowledgeable recommendations for my treatment. I would like to say Michelle is outstanding! Each time I sit with her she makes certain I’m comfortable. She truly is working with the most stressful part of a dental visit… cost! (lol) Michelle helps to find available prices and insurance coverage. She helps in every way. Today she even helped me expedite appointments. First let me say I have had bad dental experiences in the past. It took so much for me to make the first appointment here. I am so happy I did. Dr Huang talked to me… listened to me and made me feel so comfortable. The best part was a woman named Wiz. She walked me through every step. I told her a have dental anxiety, she was the most comforting caring woman. I made another appointment. Normally I would stress every day till the appointment but this time I am looking forward to it. I recommended this office 💯

I was introduced to them in the year 2013. i love everything about the Chelmsford office. The minute i walk in the door I feel welcomed. I love having Wiz work on my smile amd she works well with the Doctors. The Doctors are all very professional. Nina does the Cleanings and Scaling. She makes you feel at Home. Everyone is very nice and I will never go any other Place. I had dentists in the past. but never as good as This Staff. I have had a root canal and some teeth even extracted. I called for an emergency appointment at 645 in the morning, I was given a 9am appointment that same morning .Everyone was very pleasant and reassuring. They’ve earned my business as a returning customer.
