Dr. Shah, Briana, Leah, Alondra, Andrea, Brandee and the whole team at Aspen of Rogers Park are very kind & professional. They do everything possible to accommodate the patient to have a good & positive experience. Good dental work is costly so I would disregard the poor reviews for this location. They are fair & professional.

This is a late review, due to much confusion and disappointment. I made an appointment to check my front tooth which felt like I had a chip on the inside, (could feel with my tongue). I was told that I needed all of my teeth pulled and required dentures. Admittedly I only had 12 to fourteen teeth left and was using partials for years. I agreed, unfortunately. This location is wildly disorganized. I scheduled a routine cleaning, showed up, and was told there was no hygienist on duty so no cleaning. I rescheduled, then got a phone call days later canceling that appointment. After that, I started receiving emails and texts telling me to confirm the same appointment. I called the office to clarify, and the front desk confirmed I was still booked. I broke a couple of teeth and wanted to get flippers. I should have turned around at the door - it was locked. I could see mutiple people inside, but still had to wait. Once inside, the staff insisted on taking full mouth x-rays. As an adult on the spectrum, having people in/out and inside my mouth, I was ready to scream and leave. Aspen Dental team was trying to sell you services you don't need. I came for implant crowns information, I was told I need deep cleaning and extra Xray to get service from them. I went to two different dental clinics, they told me it's not necessary. So if you look at reviews it's exactly what other people faced too. Make your own research and check with other dentist.

This is a late review, I went here about 1 year ago to get a deep cleaning. I also saw 3 different people and they were calling out numbers to see how deep my gum pockets were. After that I went to the billing office and they tallied up a bill of 10,000 worth of work and a tooth brush. Saying I had 5 cavities and need wisdom teeth pulled and a gang of other thing. Long story short went to a neighborhood dentist had 1 cavity and did a deep cleaning for much less than $10,000

I came to Aspen Dental to have a dentist look at an aching tooth and to have my teeth cleaned. I explained that in an email that was sent to me asking about the services that I desired. Instead, I got a dentist who shoved partial dental plates and dentures on me. Dr. Shah recommend that I have all of my teeth on the bottom pulled and replaced with a plate.
