This location is awesome! Fast, competent service from all in the office. Dentist was very good and explained every stage of pulling my teeth and fitting my upper plate. Pain on local pain killer was sufficient. Usman in the lab did a superior job on my plate. Thanks to everyone there. EJ
I have been receiving treatment at Chico Aspen Dental to replace a broken bridge involving three of my upper front teeth. I explained that it was a high priority to get this bridge replaced as soon as possible as I couldn't attend business meetings and social events missing these primary teeth. I can't say enough about the total experience here, who knew dentures could be 3D printed, but they don't even mention that, free X-rays, and a friendly staff, this brings new meaning to "Dentist". If it wasn't bad luck I would look forward to the next go round

The BEST and Kindest Care I have EVER received!!! I was in severe pain and quite embarrassed by the condition of a tooth I had let go- due to a very busy schedule. To my joyful surprise: From the phone call in the morning (prior to my emergency appointment) to checking out at the end of my visit; I was treated like I was their only client. I am very happy with Aspen Dental. I am new to Chico and was going to another dental office that referred me to an endodontist for a Deep Cleaning with a cost of $3500 ! That other dental office had expensive pricing on their services. I had Aspen in Oceanside when I lived in SoCal and was happy with the services. Because of Covid I neglected seeing a dentist and was scared I was going to need a lot of work but Aspen dental made my dental anxiety disappear within minutes of being in their chair. Their whole crew from the hygienists, dentist to the office manger were amazing and they all seem to enjoy working together. They were able to accommodate my schedule and squeeze me in throughout the day for certain procedures which helped a lot. Very affordable too.

I waited 53 days for my appointment, only to have it canceled and be told I needed to reschedule. That alone was frustrating, but what made the experience worse is that this location requires patients to pay in advance for cleanings before the service is even performed.

I tried to make an emergency appointment today and after being a client for several years, was told that same day appointments are for NEW PEOPLE ONLY, not established clients with emergencies who are in pain. I ended up at Chico Dental Arts and they are fantastic! Aspen Dental is a huge, greedy chain of offices. They do NOT care about you and they make it obvious.

I was told by Rosa that my bill was $58 instead of $29, because I had not met my deductible for the year. Called the office on Friday after speaking with Delta Dental and finding out I had indeed met my deductible for the year. Rosa told me she would be crediting my charge card for $29. She has not done this.
