If I could give a negative 5 I would. My niece had made an appointment for today; she was experiencing severe jaw pain. Upon arrival, she was informed that the internet was down and they couldn't do anything. She asked if the dentist could just take a cursory look and suggest alternative treatment until she could get an appointment for a later date. He refused and told her she needed to go to urgent care.
