Very friendly & patient concerned! I have never felt at ease while at the dentist...until I went to Aspen Dental. So far, it's been great...I'll be having teeth pulled on the 29th, without being put to sleep (the only thing I fear worse is drowning or death of a loved one), so I'll update after the 29th, if I have the opportunity!Ā
I'm very impressed with the care I received at aspen dental. From the moment I walked in I'm always greeted and made to feel comfortable by Amy & jenessa. The whole staff does a wonderful job at helping me get the care I need and deserve. Thank you to the whole staff!! I've had a lot of work done in the past year and a half at Aspen Dental and they are awesome! Always helpful and kind. They never have a problem answering any questions I've had about procedures and always answer questions in the middle of a procedure if I have them. Just had my final wisdom tooth taken out this morning by Dr. Gamby (first time I've had him) and he's extremely funny! My 1st appointment for lower dentures was great. I was confident they would help me. My second appointment they called and asked me to come early. Realigned my uppers. Not great fit but better than before. Made form for lower dentures. Called to reschedule next appointment 1 hour before I was on my way. Said they tried to call me and even left a message. No way. Made an appointment online and got a text with a confirmation. Drove an hour and they refused to see me because they said I didn't have an appointment, "verbal confirmation" which it does not refer to online or in the text. Should be reimbursing my gas!!!!š¤¬Ā

Bait and switch, this is what this organization did to my 79 year old further. During the visit he picked out his teeth he was given his options and told him to pick one. They knew he was trying to stay within a budget, but gave him the wrong options. After the teeth were ready to move forward they told him he had to pay more money to get them "bait with his teeth, but give them so him unless he pays more money." This is an illegal tactic.
