the oral surgeon didn't care if I wS still in pain after the shot he just wanted to put me to sleep. he gave me crap because I wanted him to wait for the numbing agent to work

The office staff are so kind and wonderful. I just feel as if the dental aspect of aspen has no idea what they are doing. I would recommend a dental office that has better training.

Was gave a quote and then called today and was gave another amount which was way higher then office manager said she thought I only wanted one arch that was never talked about and did not see a price list of the dentures she just picked one on her own. Not a good experience at all and the office manager is rude as hell
They charged to much to just glue a tooth back in on a set of dentures.$112.00 is a bit to much to glue a tooth back in

They are too expensive for what I wanted and they kept adding to the price. The women were friendly and nice but it's not what I want.

Took my sister-in-law to have her teeth surgery and they scheduled someone else in her place. Dr told her to stop blood thinners and put on antibiotics for a week to have all her teeth pulled. Totally a waste of time and money. Don’t recommend anyone going to this office bc they are to unorganized.
Dentist looks over psychiatric medicine prescribed to patient... “you must be certified crazy.” After procedure to remove a wisdom tooth... “you did great for a crazy person... such a big girl.” (Patient is 29) Goes on to talk about his own therapy, how he doesn’t believe in meds... but his therapist prescribes them anyway, and he doesn’t take them. Your dentist stigmatized mental health issues to a patient while they were being worked on. Absolutely shameful.
You need tell pleope about what insurance on the phone that you take, I well tell people not to use you. You need to close your door if going to run your business like that.
