Had an appointment come in 30 mins early and then don't get seen for 2 hrs. Fast forward to today have an appointment at 530 and get a call that there was opening at 2 and I take it. I get in a t 130 .....and don't get in until 430...
Dr Pattie is wonderful and amazing; she did so much to help me with my teeth. I would love to have kept her as my dentist; however, they are trying to bill me twice. I didn't want to have a payment plan, so, I payed my entire bill up front. A few months later I get a large bill, so, I call inquiring what it was for since I've already satisfied my bill. I went in for a routine cleaning - teeth were cleaned, polished, given an oral cancer screening rinse and a fluoride rinse. Everything seemed fine until I got to the front desk afterward and was told that my bill was $85. My jaw dropped. I asked the woman at the front desk how - with dental insurance - it could possibly be that much. She told me the oral cancer screening cost $70. I had an issue with a tooth that involved two other teeth. I was not real clear on the answers I was being given regarding the situation with the tooth I was having the most trouble with. Ulu shared some information with me that was more detail then I had been given as to the relationship between the three teeth in question that made me feel more comfortable to approve getting the work done that was being recommended. Not impressed. If I have a 7:00 a.m. appointment, your EARLIEST POSSIBLE, there's no reason I should still be in the waiting room over half an hour later. I'll reschedule, but if I wait even 20 minutes next time, we're done.

I called to make an appointment to have my dentures adjusted. I told them I did not need nor want xrays, they told me I would have to speak to the manager about that and to call at 10 am. I called and was told the manager was in a meeting and the manager would call me back... no one has called. What happened to Patients right to refuse treatment they don't think they need or want...oh yeah suck the life out of insurance. My next call is to the Attorney General

They were friendly checking you in, that's about where it ends. The person who did my X-rays was new and I was in for infected wisdom teeth so my whole mouth was sore. She couldn't get the device in my mouth and the pain from her trying was awful! Finally she went and got someone else and they took me to another machine that could X-ray my head without the in-mouth things. Why couldn't they do that to begin with!
