Aspen is in no way shape or form a place you should trust with your dental work. I have had my fillings replaced and told they did not properly fill them while almost lead to me loosing a tooth! All they care about it money and not to mention the one time I did need a tooth pulled they did not put me under which I asked for. It took about 2.5 hours and it was god awful. In my opinion, it's ran too much like a business. I felt like I was a number, I was brought back to "negotiate" in a business setting how much my filling would be and a laundry list of other surgeries. My family dentist "whom I returned to" said the list was preposterous...$$$$
This place all they care about is money and production. Patients wellbeing is at the bottom of their priority of list. Please keep away !!!!!!
My husband's appointment was at 5pm and he finally got into a room at 7:15pm. Nobody communicated with him. He thought he'd save some money by going to an oral surgeon on our insurance's preferred list. Never again. Next time we will listen to the recommendations of our dentist.
Not really sure yet. Had an appointment for 4:15, signed in and was repeatedly skipped over. Sitting there for almost an hour before I asked the receptionist if she needed my email confirmation. I was then told that my appointment was cancelled. I did not receive an email or a phone call about this. Confusing sense I arrived before my scheduled time.
